On June 22, the Fourth China International Supply Chain Expo opened in Beijing. Themed "Connecting the World for a Shared Future," this year's expo features six exhibition areas for industrial chain, including the Digital and Intelligent Technology Chain, and a supply chain service exhibition area, serving as an exchange and cooperation platform for the coordinated development of global industrial and supply chains. Wang Junshou, vice governor of Hunan Province, attended the opening ceremony and led a delegation on an exhibition tour, engaging in in-depth exchanges with exhibiting enterprises on deepening industrial cooperation and promoting the coordinated development of supply chains.

Wang Junshou and his delegation visited the booths of Fortune Global 500 companies and renowned companies such as NVIDIA, Siemens, and Contemporary Amperex Technology (CATL), as well as the booths of Hunan-based enterprises including Lens Technology, Hunan Lingxiang Maglev Technology, Truking Technology, and Hengchang Pharmaceutical Group. Vice Governor Wang learned about the enterprises' core technologies, product layouts, and supply chain collaborations.

When communicating with international and out-of-province enterprises, Vice Governor Wang remarked that Hunan boasts a solid industrial foundation and robust innovation vitality, and warmly welcomes enterprises to invest and develop in Hunan to benefit from the province's development opportunities. When visiting the booths of Hunan exhibitors, Wang Junshou pointed out that supply chain leaders should shoulder responsibilities and intensify efforts to achieve breakthroughs in core technologies, gaining a competitive edge in fields such as precision manufacturing, maglev transportation, pharmaceutical equipment, and the comprehensive health industry. He encouraged enterprises to persist in innovation-driven development, actively collaborate with upstream and downstream supporting enterprises in joint research, and promote the development of a more resilient and secure industrial chain ecosystem. He also urged them to fully leverage their role as supply chain leaders, drive collaborative growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, boost local sourcing, and ensure independent control over key components, basic materials, and core processes, thereby effectively enhancing the risk-resistance capability of industrial and supply chains.
