Guyuefeng Town in Zhuzhou's Lukou District is located in the hinterland of a hilly area in eastern Hunan. The town boasts a long history of free-range chicken farming. In recent years, the local government has adjusted measures based on local conditions, rolling out standardized management and unified branding for the free-range eggs produced from small, scattered, and unorganized farmhouses. Zhuzhou Qianjiadan Breeding Cooperative was founded where baby chicks are uniformly provided by the government. The cooperative carries out standardized free-range breeding, and implements a targeted and traceable quality control system, forming a "Cooperative + Farmers + Brand" operational model.

To date, more than 500 farming households have participated in the ecological breeding project, with over 60,000 free-range chickens on hand. The monthly sales of free-range eggs exceed 5,000 kilograms. Through an integrated model of "decentralized farming, quality control, centralized collection and storage, and unified marketing," the chicken industry in Guyuefeng Town has effectively resolved the challenge of agricultural products selling. This approach ensures a stable increase of farmers' income while achieving sustainable industrial development.
