你注意过长沙地铁里的盲文吗？

曾经，部分盲文不规范、指向不清，甚至装反，给视障朋友带来不少困扰。

这一切的改变，始于2024年的一份提案。

长沙市政协委员葛鹏提出建议，很快转化为检察建议，长沙地铁盲文标识迎来全面优化升级。

截至2025年底，全市投入116万元，完成161座车站、11753块盲文标识改造，覆盖所有地铁线路。

作为视障人士，盲文标识的完善和地铁的爱心服务，让她出行更加畅通无阻。

长沙还专门制定设计规范，从源头保障无障碍设施实用好用，真正实现了从“事后返工”到“源头防控”的跨越。

一块小小的盲文，藏着一座城市的包容与善意；11753块“星光”，让无障碍成为城市底色，让每一个人，都能被这座城温柔以待。

Have you ever noticed the braille signs on Changsha Metro?

In the past, some braille was non-standard, unclear, or even installed upside down, causing great inconvenience for people with visual impairments.

All this changed thanks to a proposal in 2024.Ge Peng, a member of the Changsha Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, put forward a suggestion, which was soon turned into a procuratorial proposal.

The braille signs on Changsha Metro then received a comprehensive upgrade.

By the end of 2025, the city had invested 1.16 million yuan to upgrade 11,753 braille signs across 161 stations, covering all metro lines.

Yang, a "one-day experience officer" who is visually impaired, praised these thoughtful designs.Thanks to the improved braille signs and the metro’s caring services, she can now reach her destination smoothly and independently.

Changsha has also formulated special design standards to ensure that accessible facilities are practical and user-friendly from the very beginning,

truly shifting from "reworking after problems" to "prevention at the source."

A small braille sign holds the inclusiveness and kindness of a city.

These 11,753 "stars of light" make accessibility part of the city’s character,

so that everyone can be treated with warmth and care in Changsha.
