On March 18, the exterior curtain wall construction of the Lintrondata Center project was almost completed. The project was located in the heart of the provincial government area in Tianxin District, Changsha. This site had previously been an idle asset abandoned for a decade. In November 2024, the provincial Party committee and provincial government made major arrangements and decisions to revitalize resources, assets, and capital. The project covers a total area of approximately 185 mu (12.33 ha.), with a total investment of nearly 3.89 billion CNY. Positioned as a "one main, one characteristic" urban industrial community, it is dedicated to building a first-class national corporate headquarters hub that integrates R&D, office space, exhibition facilities, and business services.
