本期聚焦郴州汝城传承1300余年的香火龙民俗。53岁的扎龙师傅何远征与77岁的堂哥坚守技艺，19岁的儿子接力传承，1600余名村民自发募捐，连十岁孩童也献出压岁钱，用温情守护民俗根脉。

This episode focuses on the Incense Fire Dragon folk custom in Rucheng, Chenzhou, which has been passed down for more than 1,300 years. He Yuanzheng, a 53-year-old dragon-making master, and his 77-year-old cousin adhere to the craft, while his 19-year-old son takes over the inheritance. More than 1,600 villagers voluntarily donated money, and even a 10-year-old child offered his New Year lucky money, guarding the root of the folk custom with warmth.

从扎龙、祈福到百人团圆饭，再到吉时点火、游龙巡村、化龙送福，一起跟随镜头看看香火龙如何从“沉睡”到“苏醒”吧！雨天作为小插曲，更显民俗传承的不易。点点星火汇成赤色长龙，承载着村民的祈愿与乡愁，也让这份跨越千年的文化记忆在世代相传中焕发新生。

From dragon making and prayer to the 100-person reunion dinner, then to lighting the dragon at an auspicious time, parading the dragon through the village, and burning the dragon to send blessings, the camera fully records the entire process of the Incense Fire Dragon from "sleep" to "awakening". The little interlude of rain adds to the hardship and perseverance of inheriting the folk custom. Tiny sparks weave into a red dragon, carrying the villagers' wishes and nostalgia, and revitalizing this thousand-year-old cultural memory in the process of intergenerational inheritance.
