Electrical workers install barrier insulators to prevent wind deflection on a 100-meter-high high-voltage tower along the Nanyang-Jingmen-Changsha 1,000kv transmission line in Gaoqiao Town, Changsha County on December 17. The State Grid Hunan Ultra-high Voltage Transmission Company conducted line maintenance during its scheduled power outage period on that day. They innovated to install wind deflection insulators, significantly enhancing wind resistance capacity of the line.
