The Liuyang Creative Fireworks Show Guidance Center announced on November 30, 2025 that the Liuyang weekend fireworks shows will be temporarily suspended for two months. According to the announcement, construction of ground-level roads and supporting facilities at the Liuyang Sky Theater area is now entering its critical phase. To ensure safe and orderly organization of weekend fireworks displays, it has been decided that no fireworks events will be held during the closed construction period from December 2025 to January 2026. The detailed fireworks program for February 2026 and subsequent dates will be released at a later date.
