6月14日，第四届中非经贸博览会现场，一位逛展的马达加斯加女孩在益阳展台误以为商务局副局长尹樱洁是美甲师，两人开始了一段啼笑皆非的对话。

At the fourth China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo on June 14, a visiting Malagasy girl mistook Yin Yingjie, deputy director of Yiyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce, for a nail artist at Yiyang's booth, leading to an embarassing but amusing exchange.
