Tianxin District, Changsha City plans to renovate 102 old urban residential communities this year, a spokesperson for the district said on July 10. Renovation of the first batch of such communities has been fully launched and is expected to be completed by the end of the year. The remaining communities are scheduled to start renovation in October this year.
