澳大利亚当地时间5月4日，晚上8点左右悉尼唐人街的湘菜餐馆门口依然有不少人在排队等位，臭豆腐、辣椒炒肉、豆豉辣椒蒸排骨…菜单上这些熟悉的湘菜，让身在异国的湖南人倍感亲切。记者随机采访了几位现场的食客，让我们看看他们对湘菜的评价。

On May 4th local time in Australia, just before 8 p.m., there were still quite a few people queuing outside the Hunan restaurant in Sydney's Chinatown. The menu, featuring familiar Hunan dishes such as stinky tofu, stir-fried pork with chili, and steamed pork ribs with fermented bean paste, brought a sense of familiarity and warmth to Hunan people far from home. Reporter randomly interviewed several diners on the scene to hear their opinions about Hunan cuisine.
