在瑶家 单一的食材好像总少了些许趣味

In the hearts of the Yao people, a single ingredient always seems to be less interesting

不知从什么时候开始 瑶族人发明了一种吃法

We don't know when the Yao people invented a way of eating

凡是中间能掏空的蔬果 

All fruits and vegetables that can be hollowed out in the middle

大到辣椒 苦瓜 小到香菇 蒜头

From chilli peppers to bitter melon, from mushrooms to garlic

他们总是想办法 塞点肉进去一起制作

They can always find a way to stuff them with meat

这种方法在当地被称之为“酿”

This method is known locally as "stuffing"  

瑶家人心灵手巧 能将四季都做成“酿”

The Yao people are so clever that they can make "stuffing" for all seasons

不管是煎煮 还是油炸 还是焖蒸 

Whether it's pan-fried, deep-fried or steamed

蔬果的清香与肉馅的浓郁相互交融 回味无穷

The aroma of fruits and vegetables and the richness of the meat stuffing blend with each other to create a memorable experience
