The 3rd Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Half Marathon of the 2024 Xiangjiang Marathon Changsha Station will kick off at 7:30 a.m. on April 21. A road map for the event has been released recently.
The event will feature a half marathon and a 3-km happy run.
Runners will start from the Changsha Helong Sports Center, and run along the Laodong Road, Xiangjiang Road, Xiangfu Road, Siyang Fangzun Square, Locomotive Cultural Park, and Tianxin Xiangjiang Golden Riverbank. The course enables runners from all over the world to appreciate the unique charm of Changsha, a city blessed with mountains, rivers, and isles, and its internet-famous Tianxin District, showcasing Tianxin's most beautiful river banks and the distinctive urban development features of the new area surrounding the Hunan provincial government office, which is a key point in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan overall planning.
