中国政府友谊奖，是中国政府专门为表彰对中国改革发展作出重要贡献的来华工作外国专家设立的荣誉奖项，2023年度共有50名外国专家获此殊荣。

Chinese Government Friendship Award is an award to commend foreign experts who have made outstanding contributions to China's reform and development. Fifty foreign experts received the 2023 Chinese Government Friendship Award.

【知识点】

中国政府友谊奖，是中国政府专门为表彰对中国改革发展作出重要贡献的来华工作外国专家设立的荣誉奖项。迄今为止，已有来自80多个国家和地区的1898名专家获此殊荣。友谊奖的渊源，要追溯到20世纪50年代。当时，中央政府向来华工作的苏联专家授予“友谊纪念章”和周恩来总理签名的“中华人民共和国感谢状”。改革开放后，经国务院同意，我国于1991年正式恢复设立友谊奖，外国专家表彰工作全面恢复和发展。多年来，国务院有关领导为获奖专家颁发奖章、证书，国务院总理多次会见获奖专家并合影。获奖专家还应邀参加国庆招待会等重要活动。2023年度，共有来自26个国家的50名专家获奖，涵盖五大洲。

2023年度中国政府友谊奖颁奖仪式2月4日在北京隆重举行，共有50名外国专家获此殊荣。新时代10年来，中国政府深入实施人才强国战略，不断完善外国专家服务保障机制，为世界人才参与中国发展创造了有利条件。

加强人才国际交流，用好用活各类人才。深化人才发展体制机制改革，真心爱才、悉心育才、倾心引才、精心用才，求贤若渴，不拘一格，把各方面优秀人才集聚到党和人民事业中来。

We will further reform the systems and mechanisms for talent development and ensure we value talented people, nurture them, attract them, and put them to good use.
