8月1日清晨，溆浦县城上空白云缭绕，楼房与河流在雾中若隐若现，美如仙境。

近年，溆浦县秉承生态优先、绿色发展理念，不断提升城市生态宜居环境，人民群众幸福指数不断攀升。

In the early morning of August 1, clouds wreaked over the county seat of Xupu, and buildings and rivers appeared faintly in the fog, as beautiful as fairyland.

In recent years, Xupu County has been adhering to the concept of ecological priority and green development, and has continuously improved the urban ecological livable environment, and the people's happiness index has been rising.
