早在3月21日，长沙规划展示馆就已经恢复开馆，但参观依然需要实名预约。而且每天上下午分别限制200人进馆，千万不要一股脑直接去，没有预约没办法入馆！

早于其他两馆，3月13日长沙图书馆已恢复开馆。

目前开放一楼读者服务中心、二楼报刊借阅室、专题文献阅览室、四楼社科文献借阅室，可以办理图书、期刊借还，暂不举办讲座、培训、展览等活动。
未成年区域暂不开放，暂不接待18岁以下未成年读者。
读者来馆前必须预约，对来馆读者统一发号，凭号入内。开放时间为每天上午9:00-12:00，下午13:00-17:00，中午清场消毒通风。每场接待读者不超过220人次。
