这一次，我们邀请了在湖南的外国人，带他们一起去品一品湖南的各般滋味儿。

也许是亲手绣一幅湘绣，感受湖南的趣味;

也许是亲手做一笼包子，品尝湖南的滋味;

也许是学唱一段花鼓戏，欣赏湖南的韵味;

也许是去做个足疗，也许是学两句长沙话……

这些地道的湖南味儿，我们想让全世界都知道!

Anskar Stopka(汉斯)，来自法国中央大区，今年是他在长沙的第三年。目前，他是法国中央大区卢瓦河谷区驻湖南代表。在法国的时候，汉斯对湖南的了解并不多，只知道毛泽东和张家界。

现在，由于工作原因，汉斯有更多的机会了解中国，了解湖南。他认为，文化是国家交流沟通的桥梁，对不同文化的好奇推动了两国的互相了解。今天，这位来自法国的小哥来到了湖南省湘绣研究所拜师学艺，体验湘绣的韵味!

Anskar Stopka（Hans） comes from the Central Region of France. This is his third year in Changsha. He is a representative of the Loire Valley region of the Central Region of France in Hunan at the moment. Before he came to Hunan, Hans only knew about Mao Zedong and Zhangjiajie.

But now, Hans has more opportunities to understand China and Hunan thanks to his work. He believes that culture is a bridge for national communication and that curiosity about different cultures promotes mutual understanding between the two countries. Today, he come to Hunan Embroidery Research Institute to learn the Xiang embroidery!

湘绣：针线即笔墨 绕指皆精绝

湘绣是中国四大名绣之一，历史悠久，源远流长。2006年，入选首批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。湘绣研究所的展厅内，一幅栩栩如生的老虎让汉斯忍不住驻足观赏。湘绣独创的“鬅毛针”纤毫毕露，让狮虎有毛发极有质感，逼真非常。

不止老虎，被誉为“魔术般的艺术”的双面全异绣也让法国小哥啧啧称奇。同一块透明底料上，正反两面的刺绣构图、色彩、针法均不同。分毫之间，藏针引线，精密妥帖，有着天衣无缝的穿越之美。

纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。当24岁的法国帅小伙遇到2500岁的湘绣，会演绎出怎样的“针尖芭蕾”呢?

The charm of the thread and the needle used as paints and brush

As one of Four Major Embroidery in China. It is a special craft created by folks in Hunan during the long process of human civilization. In 2006, Xiang Embroidery was among the first to be listed on National Intangible Culture Heritage.

Fluffy stitch , a representative technique, makes the image of tiger or lion almost the same as the real one. What`s more, the double-sided different embroidery embroiders two different images on a transparent fabric in different colors and types of stitch.

Today, the 24-year-old French is going to learn the 2,500-year-old Xiang embroidery arts.

湘绣大师李群英：传承与坚守

视频里这位温婉大方的湘绣大师叫李群英。李群英从小就喜欢画画。小时候就会在衣服或者鞋垫上缝一些小花朵。当得知有机会去学习湘绣，她决意入行，一坚持就是三十年。

湘绣的车间里，也不乏年轻人。可是李群英说，能从一而终，坚持下来的年轻人并不多。学湘绣是件很磨人的事情，需要极致的耐心和静心。色彩斑斓的线摆在眼前，要分成比头发丝儿还细的线。打样，配色，穿针引线……周而复始，工序繁多且精细。一定要有热情，才能坚持下来。

In this video, the gentle and generous master of Hunan embroidery is called Li Qunying. She has been embroidering for more than 30 years. Li said:”Although there are many young people coming to learn embroidery, only a few can stick to it. Learning Xiang embroidery is a very grueling thing that requires ultimate patience and enthusiasm.”

走出国门的“针尖芭蕾”

湘绣在国外一直很受欢迎，这两年影响变得更大了。湘绣研究所的工作人员表示，中国特色比较浓郁的作品在国外销售的比较好。比如团扇，价格适中，针法跟国外刺绣不一样，既可以送人，又可以当居家摆件。

汉斯说，人类历史上首台可设计织布机就是法国人发明的。一开始他也不理解为什么有了机器还要花费那么多人的时间去刺绣。可是这次的体验让他感觉手工刺绣有自己的力量。经人手的一针一线，编织出的绣品更精致灵动，还饱含着创作者的心意和对作品的理解。下次他打算带着自己的朋友一起来!

A Ballet by Needle and Thread

Xiang embroidery has becoming increasingly popular abroad in the past two years. The staff of the Hunan Embroidery Research Institute said that embroideries with more Chinese traditional characteristics are better sold abroad. Hans said that handmade embroidery is more delicate and flexible. It has its own charm for every piece has been devoted with passion of his own creator. Next time he plans to come with his friends!

法国小哥的长沙印象

除了长沙，他还去过北京、上海、深圳、香港等城市。汉斯认为长沙是最好的。最打动他的是湖南人的友善与热情。

在长沙呆了三年，他惊讶于长沙的巨变。新开业的商场、餐厅，新建的博物馆，让他能时时尝鲜;新修的地铁、新增的国际航线特别方便出行;更多的外国人选择来长沙工作和生活，让他也能不时撞见“老乡”，一解乡愁。

对于许多人可能不太习惯的饮食文化，汉斯毫无隔阂。他尤其热爱小龙虾和冬瓜山的猪油拌粉。不过，不太能吃辣的他认真地“吐槽”了湖南菜有着“薛定谔的微辣：“湖南的微辣没有标准。有时我点微辣，一点也不辣;有时微辣却很辣。”

Hans love Changsha the most among all the Chinese cities he once lived. What impressed him most is the friendliness and enthusiasm of Hunan people.

He was amazed at the great changes in Changsha this years. Newly opened shopping malls, restaurants, and new museum make him always fresh. New subways and new international routes are especially convenient for travel. Nowadays, more foreigners choose to work and live in Changsha. Hans also loves food in Hunan, especially crayfish and rice noodles.
