Yueyang-Ningxiang (Yuening) Avenue opened to traffic on October 31, 2018. It provides the 4th fast pathway connecting Changsha’s central urban area and Ningxiang.
岳阳-宁乡(岳宁)大道于2018年10月31日通车。它提供了连接长沙中心城区和宁乡的第四条快速通道。
The avenue starts from Huangqiao Avenue in downtown Changsha, and passes through the Changsha Hi-tech Development Zone and Yuelu District before ending at the Ningxiang South Bus Station. It has six lanes and median strip, but no traffic light, along the whole 32.6 km roadway. Driving at the design speed of 80 km/h will take about 20 minutes to finish the whole course.
岳宁大道起于长沙市区梅溪湖黄桥大道，沿途经过长沙高新区、岳麓区，止于宁乡市汽车南站，全长约32.6公里，双向六车道，不设信号灯，中央全隔离，设计时速80公里，路程时间在20分钟左右。
