The 2026 ICF Dragon Boat World Cup and the Yuanling Traditional Dragon Boat Race kicked off in Yuanling County, Huaihua City on September 25. A total of 24 international dragon boat teams from 16 countries and regions, along with 28 domestic traditional dragon boat teams, competed in the three-day dragon boat race on the Yuanjiang River.
