作为第三届亚洲中学生三对三篮球锦标赛的外籍来华人员服务指定合作银行，中信银行岳阳分行在中国人民银行岳阳市分行指导下，构建多元化支付场景、满足多样化支付方式，努力构建便捷高效、安全稳定的涉外支付服务环境。目前，已为境外来岳人员提供刷卡支付、现金支付、移动支付等支付服务，涵盖出行、购物、文娱、生活、学习、用餐、旅游等消费场景。（As the designated cooperating bank serving foreign participants coming to China for the 3rd Asian Middle School 3×3 Basketball Championship, CITIC Bank Yueyang Branch, under the guidance of the Yueyang Branch of the People’s Bank of China, has developed diversified payment scenarios and supported a variety of payment methods, striving to build a convenient, efficient, safe and stable foreign-related payment service environment. At present, overseas visitors to Yueyang can access payment services including card payment, cash payment and mobile payment, covering consumption scenarios such as transportation, shopping, entertainment, daily life, study, dining and tourism.）

01.境外信用卡刷卡支付（Pay with your international credit cards）

境外来岳人员可以使用维萨、万事达、运通、大来、JCB、银联等国际信用卡在市内可受理外卡的景区、商超百货、酒店等场景直接刷卡支付。（You can directly pay with your international credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dinersclub，JCB and UnionPays in scenic areas, supermarkets and hotels who can accept international credit cards.）

02.现金支付（Pay in cash）

如您有现金支付的需求和消费习惯，可采取以下方式：

部分银行网点、ATM机支持境外银行卡支取人民币现金或外币兑换人民币，境外来岳人员可持有效身份证件、境外银行卡自行前往办理现金业务，取现后使用现金支付。（具体网点、ATM机可登录相关银行官网查询或致电相关银行官方客服电话咨询）

If you need to pay in cash, you can take the following ways:

RMB cash withdrawal and foreign currency exchange with international bank cards are supported by authorized bank outlets and ATMs. You can visit them and withdraw RMB with your valid identity documents and international bank cards.(Log in official websites of related banks or calling their customer service for a convenient location or ATM.)

扫描二维码查看附近支持兑换外币的银行网点（Scan the QR code to check the location of nearby bank branches with currency exchange services.）

可在标有货币兑换标识的外币兑换点直接使用外币现金兑换人民币现金。（Foreign currency exchange point: Foreign currency cash can be exchanged directly for RMB cash at foreign currency exchange point marked with currency exchange signs.）

03.云闪付、微信、支付宝支付（Pay with China UnionPay Quick Pass,WeChat Pay and Alipay.）

境外用户可使用云闪付、微信、支付宝绑定境外银行卡支付。境外用户需先下载安装注册云闪付、微信、支付宝后，准备好国际银行卡与相关身份证件后进行绑定。

具体绑定方式和使用指南如下：

You can pay with an added international bank card in UnionPay Quick Pass,WeChat Pay or Alipay App.You need to download and register UnionPay Quick Pass,WeChat or Alipay App in your app store,and then add your international bank card and related identity documents.
