早上推开窗户，我看到玻璃上挂了一层轻盈的白霜。今天是二十四节气里自带朦胧“滤镜”的霜降。“霜降见霜，米谷满仓”，来年，定是个丰收好年景。

霜降，作为秋季的最后一个节气，带着浓浓的寒意而来，万物也逐渐进入休养生息的状态。广袤的田野上，庄稼人趁着霜降时节，抢收晚稻、棉花等作物，将一年的辛勤汗水化作满满的粮仓。

霜降的习俗丰富多样，在这天，柿子已成熟，皮薄肉厚、汁多味甜，宛如一个个小灯笼挂满枝头，咬上一口，软糯香甜。也有不少人霜降爱吃羊肉炖萝卜，一家人围坐在一起，喝着热气腾腾的羊肉汤，暖意顿生。

除了饮食习俗，霜降时节还有赏菊的传统。菊花此时绽放得绚烂无比，或洁白如雪，或金黄灿烂，散发着阵阵清香，漫步菊花丛中，让人神清气爽。

“一年好景君须记，最是橙黄橘绿时”，在秋末冬初之际，我们沉醉于这份独特秋韵，亦以安然之心迎接冬日的到来。

This morning, when I pushed open the window, I noticed a delicate layer of white frost on the glass. Today is Frost＇s Descent, the solar term when nature seems to come with its own soft, misty filter. As the saying goes:if frost appears on the day of Frost＇s Descent, the grain barns will be full—and it means a bountiful harvest is on the way in the coming year.

As the last solar term of autumn, Frost＇s Descent arrives with a distinct chill, and nature gradually begins to slow down and rest. Across the vast fields, farmers are busy harvesting late-season rice, cotton, and other crops, turning a year＇s hard work into well-stocked granaries.

There are many traditions associated with Frost＇s Descent. The persimmons are ripe now. With thin skin, plump flesh, and a sweet, juicy taste, they hang from the branches like little lanterns. Take a bite, and they＇re tender and meltingly sweet. Another popular custom is enjoying a warm stew of lamb and radish. Families gather around the table, sharing a pot of steaming lamb soup that brings instant warmth.

Beyond food,it＇s also a time to appreciate chrysanthemums. These flowers bloom in brilliant displays—some as white as snow, others golden and radiant—filling the air with their delicate fragrance. A walk among them is enough to lift the spirits.

"The best time and scene of the year you have to remember, Is the time when tangerines are green and oranges golden." At this turn of the season, we find ourselves immersed in autumn＇s unique charm, ready to welcome winter with a peaceful heart.
