华声在线9月29日讯(全媒体记者 向希)9月29日，湖南省高速公路建设迎来重要里程碑——由中铁交通投资集团有限公司投资建设运营的桑龙高速、炉慈高速同步建成通车，并纳入全国高速公路路网管理。这两条地处湘西北地区的交通大动脉，不仅将张家界、湘西州、常德与鄂渝黔地区更紧密联通，更标志着湖南“七纵七横”高速路网进一步完善，对促进武陵山片区协同发展、服务长江经济带建设具有重大战略意义。

桑龙高速是G5515张家界至南充高速公路的核心组成部分，起于张桑高速桑植西互通，经桑植县两河口、陈家河、上河溪和龙山县水田坝、茨岩塘，与龙永高速茅坪互通相接。全长61.527公里，设计双向四车道，时速110公里/小时。这条“半小时经济圈”通道，将使桑植至龙山通行时间由2个半小时压缩至40分钟，为武陵山腹地打通了一条“资源快车道”。当地特有的页岩气、大理石等矿产资源和旅游文化资源，将依托这条动脉加速转化为经济优势。

炉慈高速是G59呼和浩特至北海高速公路的一部分，起于湘鄂省界的炉红山，经常德市石门县及张家界市慈利县境内，与常张高速慈利西互通相接，全长78.901公里，设计双向四车道，时速110公里/小时。这条纵贯湘西北的交通大动脉，将长江三峡、壶瓶山、张家界等黄金旅游景点串珠成链，构建起湘鄂两省“两小时旅游圈”。

On September 29, Hunan Province's expressway construction reached a significant milestone as the Sanglong Expressway and Luchi Expressway, invested in, constructed, and operated by China Railway Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd., were simultaneously completed and opened to traffic. Both routes have been incorporated into the national expressway network management system. These two major transportation arteries in northwest Hunan not only strengthen connections between Zhangjiajie, Xiangxi Prefecture, Changde, and the Hubei-Chongqing-Guizhou region, but also mark a significant advancement in the completion of Hunan's “seven north-south and seven east-west” expressway network. They hold major strategic importance for promoting coordinated development in the Wuling Mountain area and supporting the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.

The Sanglong Expressway is a core segment of the G5515 Zhangjiajie-Nanchong Expressway. It begins at the Sangzhi West Interchange on the Zhangsang Expressway, passes through Lianghekou, Chenjiahe, and Shanghexi in Sangzhi County, as well as Shuitianba and Ciyantang in Longshan County, and connects to the Maoping Interchange on the Longyong Expressway. With a total length of 61.527 kilometers, the highway is designed as a dual four-lane carriageway with a speed limit of 110 kilometers per hour. This “half-hour economic zone” corridor will reduce travel time between Sangzhi and Longshan from two and a half hours to just 40 minutes, opening a “resource expressway” for the heartland of the Wuling Mountains. The region's unique mineral resources, such as shale gas and marble, along with its tourism and cultural assets, will be rapidly transformed into economic advantages through this vital artery.

The Luci Expressway is part of the G59 Huhehaote-Beihai Expressway. It begins at Luhongshan on the Hunan-Hubei provincial border, passes through Shimen County in Changde City and Cili County in Zhangjiajie City, and connects to the Changzhang Expressway at the Cili West Interchange. With a total length of 78.901 kilometers, it is designed as a dual four-lane highway with a speed limit of 110 kilometers per hour.
