Australian owner James crafts a distinctive flavor profile with the characteristic Lemon Lime & Bitters cocktail, transforming southern hemisphere flavors into culinary memories familiar to local diners. The vibrant graffiti walls serve as a dynamic canvas capturing the city's internationalization journey. ​

墙上，指针永远定格在七点的时钟尤为醒目 —— 这是詹姆斯用艺术记录的长沙日常：每当暮色四合，全城楼宇的灯光在这一刻次第绽放，如同这座城市向世界发出的邀请函。“在长沙生活八年，两个月前终于在这里开了属于自己的清吧，”詹姆斯操着流利的中文笑道，此刻的他比用母语交流时更显开朗。

On the wall, the clock's hands permanently frozen at seven o'clock stand out prominently. Such scenes are James 'artistic documentation of Changsha's daily life: As dusk falls, the city's buildings gradually light up, like an invitation to the world. "Having lived in Changsha for eight years, I finally opened my own bar two months ago," James responded in fluent Chinese and with a smile, now more cheerful than when communicating in his native tongue.

从外国友人主动用中文分享城市故事，到本土街巷包容地接纳一杯异国鸡尾酒，再到城市景观成为国际友人眼中的艺术灵感 —— 这些细节正勾勒出长沙国际化的深层肌理：它不仅是高楼与霓虹的生长，更是不同文化在这里自在呼吸、彼此成就的从容。当詹姆斯的喷漆墙前常有中外游客合影，我们看到的，是一座城市以开放为笔，在时光里写下的全球化答卷。

From foreign friends spontaneously sharing city stories in Chinese, to locals warmly accepting a foreign cocktail in their streets, and then to urban landscapes becoming artistic inspirations for international visitors —— these details collectively outline the deep-rooted international fabric of Changsha. It involves not only skyscrapers and neon lights, but also cultures breathing freely and thriving together here.
