湖南人一年能吃掉超330万吨辣椒，人均每年消费达100斤，其中鲜辣椒人均年消耗76斤。剁椒鱼头、辣椒炒肉……湖南人的餐桌上，辣椒“C 位”从不缺席！

Each year, over 3.3 million tons of chili vanish into their plates——50 kilograms per person, 38 of which are fresh.From steamed fish head with chopped chili to stir-fried pork with chili, on Hunanese tables, chili is never absent!
