Since April this year, the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area Cultural Center has introduced the "Starlight Night School," a service program designed to meet the public's diverse cultural and artistic needs. The program provides a variety of courses, such as musical instrument lessons and dance classes, to cater to different learning preferences.
