在中国湖南，有一片田地，写着两千多年的农耕智慧。

In Hunan, China, there's a land that holds over 2,000 years of farming wisdom.

它叫紫鹊界。层层叠叠的梯田，从山脚铺到云端，被联合国列为“全球重要农业文化遗产”。

It's called Ziquejie. The layered terraces stretch from the foot of the mountain into the clouds. The UN named it a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Site.

山歌是这里的欢迎词。7月2日，“梯田守护者”公益认养计划在湖南娄底市新化县紫鹊界启动。越来越多的人，开始关注这片古老又年轻的土地。

Here, people sing to welcome guests. On July 2nd, the “Terrace Guardian” adoption program launched in Ziquejie, Xinhua County. More and more people are exploring this land — ancient, yet full of life.

它是苗瑶先民2000多年用双手凿刻的生存智慧，每一垄田埂都是古人写给大地的情书。

These terraces were carved by Miao and Yao ancestors over two millennia. Each ridge is like a romantic letter they wrote to the land.

紫鹊界不只有田。它的味道，也一样动人。

Ziqijie offers more than terraced fields; its charms are equally captivating.

贡米软糯香甜，新化红茶清爽回甘。黄精带着药香，腊肉带着炊烟。每一种食物，都是文化的注脚。

The tribute rice is soft and sweet. Xinhua black tea is crisp and refreshing. Polygonatum root adds herbal notes, and smoked pork carries the scent of open fire. Every bite tells a cultural story.

在客栈，厨师用山泉水和柴火灶做饭。连火候都藏着「天人合一」的哲学。

In the guesthouse, chefs cook with spring water over wood fire. Even the heat follows the rhythm of nature.

还有一种力量，藏在云雾中——那就是梅山武术。

There’s another power hidden in the mist — Meishan martial arts.

师傅的一招一式间，是农耕民族的刚柔并济，是骨子里的坚韧与果敢。

Every move shows a balance of strength and grace — the spirit of people shaped by the land.

那天，巴基斯坦朋友和非洲“老铁”，成了这里的“文化粉丝”。没有语言，却被深深打动。

That day, friends from Pakistan and Africa became instant fans. No need for words — the culture spoke for itself.

今天的紫鹊界，不只是一个“打卡点”。可以住进山顶的民宿，听鸟鸣虫唱；也可以和老农一起下田插秧，在研学课堂里，破译千年前的灌溉密码。

Today, Ziquejie is more than a scenic spot. You can stay in a mountaintop homestay, plant rice with local farmers, or explore ancient irrigation in a field class.

这片活着的梯田，正在把中国的农耕文明，写成一首可以走进、可以看见、可以触摸的旅行诗。

These living terraces are turning China’s farming heritage into a poem you can walk through, see, and touch.
