China (Changsha) Fireworks and Firecrackers Industry Expo Kicks off

The China (Changsha) Fireworks and Firecrackers Industry Expo and the 2024 Changsha Fireworks Industry High-quality Development Forum opened at the Hunan International Convention and Exhibition Center on May 10.

Themed "Carrying Forward Fireworks Culture, Lighting up Life Dreams", the expo has attracted more than 2,000 domestic fireworks wholesalers and nearly 1,000 fireworks manufacturers. Over 12,000 varieties of new safe and environment-friendly art fireworks and the latest fireworks machinery and equipment are on display.

During the three-day expo, an array of activities will be organized, including the 2024 Changsha Fireworks Industry High-quality Development Forum, a seminar on fireworks safety and standards in the new stage, and an industry self-discipline conference.

The event brings together representatives from the government, industry associations, experts, fireworks production and wholesale enterprises, and relevant institutions. They will discuss the development of the fireworks industry, industry safety standards, environmental protection requirements, and self-discipline mechanism construction, aiming to promote the safe, green, and innovative development of the fireworks and firecrackers industry.
