12月23日凌晨1时18分，位于长沙市芙蓉中路的双鹤药业大楼成功爆破拆除，67.8米的大楼从爆破到倒塌仅用9.8秒。据了解，这是我省近10年来民用建筑高度最高、体量最大的一次爆破，堪称“三湘第一爆”。

双鹤药业大楼地上18层、地下1层，高67.8米，南北长48.7米、东西宽17米，为钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构，建于上世纪90年代，是昔日老火车站北站片区地标建筑。如今处于开福金融商务区核心位置，周边有大量玻璃幕墙正对爆区，且地处水电管线纵横交错的闹市区，涉及单位多、爆破环境复杂，施工难度较大。长沙市及开福区高度重视此次爆破拆除安全工作，多次召开专家评审会、方案评审会，经多方反复论证，决定采取最先进的双折叠爆破技术进行爆破。

据了解，双鹤药业大楼内部消防水电、电梯设施等严重老化，已废弃停用6年，并由火车北站棚改征收指挥部完成征收补偿。2014年，长沙城投铁路站场迁建开发有限公司拍得双鹤药业大楼所在的芙蓉中路207号地块，面积14.4亩，用地性质为纯商业。今年7月，长房集团与长沙城投铁路站场迁建公司签订合作开发协议，携手开发此地块。    视频/图  湖南日报记者 傅聪 摄
