Wuzhengrong opened a bakery with his wife——Bach's Bakery.

They specially hire deaf and blind people as the bakery's staff,

and provide free training courses for them.

作为面包店老板，吴正荣以德国式的严谨管理着这家温馨的面包店。

不仅手把手地教会员工如何做出地道的德式点心，

也悉心地和员工交流沟通，

让听障人士真正拥有自己的一技之长。

让他们即使离开了这里，

也能拥有去下一个岗位谋生的能力。

As the owner of the bakery,

Wuzhengrong always manage this shop in a German way.

Specially care for the quality of bread,

and teach their staff hand by hand.

Wuzhengrong even hired German bakers to teach their staff,

and make sure everyone of the staff learned how to bake,

make sure they can master the baking skills,

even if they left Bach's Bakery,

they can still get a job as a normal person.

纯正的材料与实惠的价格，

也让这家小小的面包店，

获得了许多邻里客人的关注和光顾。

甚至有一个员工是因为曾经听闻了这家店的故事，

而辞去了原本不错的工作，

来这家店应聘。

The pure material and reasonable price of the bread,

attracted many neighbours and guests.

A girl who has heared about the lovely story of the bakery,

even quit her original job,

and applied to be a staff in Bach's Bakery.

这家温暖的面包店，

没有浮夸的修饰，

没有虚高的价格，

没有华丽的外观，

有的只是老板踏踏实实想做好面包、帮助听障人士的心。

这就是老板和妻子一直坚持已久的初心。

This is a bakery simply with love,

without too much accessories,

whithout pricy goods,

without gorgeous appearance,

there is just a pure wish,

to help people who can not hear and speak，

and try to help them work as a normal person.

谈到对未来的计划和想法，

老板吴正荣说，

我并没有什么宏大的计划，

只要这家店能够继续开下去，

我就会一直坚持。

Speaking of the future plan,

Wuzhengrong said,

there is no more big plan.

The only plan is to persist to operate this bakery as long as possible,

and try his best to help more people.

目前，店内有8位聋哑员工，

并将一直为听障员工提供培训与就业机会。

老板夫妇资助的学生总共达到450个。

这家藏在巷子里的爱心面包店，

感染着每一个善意的顾客。
