Booking high speed rail tickets and other forms of travel is now much easier than before! Now it is not necessary to book the tickets at the station, or at an agency. Expats can now do it from the comfort of their own home!

WeChat has allowed people to book high speed rail and other transport tickets for a while now. However, it originally did not support an English interface, and didn't allow foreigners to book tickets through it.

微信上已经提供购买高铁票等服务有一段时间了，然而，之前微信还是不支持英语界面，外国人也不能在微信上订票。

However, it has come to our attention that foreigners can now book tickets online, which will surely cut down on the hassle when traveling in China!

然而现在外国人已经可以在线上订票了，这将为外国人在中国旅游省去很多麻烦。

Below is our step by step guide on how to book tickets through WeChat.

以下即是一份手把手教程，教你怎样在微信上订票~

How to Book Train Tickets on WeChat

First, go to the "Wallet" section on WeChat, and tap on "Rail & Flights". Next, select the city you are departing from, and going to. You can also select different areas/stops within each city.

首先，找到微信中的“钱包”，点入“火车 & 飞机"，

接着选择你的出发城市与到达城市。

Now, departure dates will appear at the top green bar,as well as different departure times. Tap on one of the times to select the Seat Class and tap on the "Book" button. Next, tap on "Add Passenger".

现在，最顶端处将出现出发时间，以及相应不同的出发时间。选择其中一个时间段去选择不同的班次并点击“预定”按钮，然后点入“加入旅客”。

Tap on "Add New Passenger", and then enter the requested information and tap "Save", then tap "Done". Return to the previous page and tap "Submit". You can also tap on "Pick Up Your Ticket", if you wish to do so.

点入“加入旅客”后，进入旅客信息栏，填完必填信息后点击“保存”，然后点击“完成”，回到前一个页面并点击“提交”。

Now, you should receive a confirmation message by text message (SMS) to your phone. To retrieve your ticket, go to the train station and wait in the shorter line for tickets booked online.

现在，你就能够在手机上收到一封行程确认信息，然后你就可以在车站取到在线上订购的车票啦。
