Hunan-made Bullet Train Exported to Czech Republic | 中国湖南出口欧盟首列动车组抵达捷克

The “Sirius” bullet train, the first China-made EMU train exporting to EU, arrived in Czech Republic on September 18 local time. The train will be put into service after passing EU-standard TSI (Technical Specification for Interoperability) and some other related certification tests.

The CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. contracted with the Leo Express of Czech Republic for an order of three EMU trains  on December 2016.

These bullet trains have 6 carriages each, with a max speed of 160 km/h. Four innovative technologies are adopted

on these trains:

- DC3000V and AC25KV double-current technology is used to adapt to different standard operating voltage in different EU countries;

- Radial type bogies are equipped to make smaller radius of turning circle, and improve adaptation to different venues;

- Intelligent control technology supports automated parking, starting, and self-adaptive stopping at the platform; and,

- Low-floor technology makes an only 600mm-gap between the gate and the track, which facilitates passengers’ boarding, and increase utilization of the platform space.

The trains have three passenger-centered designs:

- Multi-function area for wheelchairs, bicycles, and baby carriages;

- Standard washrooms and accessible toilets; and,

- WIFI and USB charging services.

CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive President Zhou Qinghe remarked that, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the company provides “Chinse solutions” based on “Chinese intelligence”. This will help fuel the world’s rail transport development, promote green, integrated, and sustainable development at the clients’ places, and share China’s benefits with the world. EU, a world-class high-end rail transport equipment market, holds strict requirements and admittance criterion for train quality and reliability. China-made bullet train’s entering into the EU market marks CRRC’s leap forward in growing into a world-class enterprise, and also international acceptance of China-made high-end equipment manufacturing.

当地时间9月18日,中国出口欧盟首列动车组“天狼星号”抵达捷克。据悉,该型车将在完成TSI(欧盟铁路互联互通技术规范)等相关认证试验后上线运行,为当地民众安全、便捷、绿色出行提供优质服务。

搭乘“一带一路”东风,2016年12月,中车株洲电力机车有限公司(以下简称“中车株机公司”)与捷克里奥快铁公司签订了3列动车组供货合同。

据中车株机公司技术专家周安德介绍,该型动车组为6节编组,最高运营速度160公里/小时,具备四大创新点与三大人性化设计,具体如下:

四大创新点——1.列车采用DC3000V和AC25KV双流制受电技术,适应欧洲不同国家和地区电压制式需要;2.采用铰接式转向架,转弯半径更小,运行适应性更强;3.采用智能化控制技术,具有自动库停、自动唤醒、站台自适应停车等功能,可适应多样化的欧洲运营模式;4.采用低地板技术,车门入口处离轨道仅有600mm,既方便乘客上下车,又能有效利用既有站台。

三大人性化设计——1.车内设有多功能区,可分别摆放轮椅、自行车、婴儿车等;2.设有标准洗手间与通用洗手间,方便残障人士使用;3.配置WIFI和USB充电等系统,满足乘客工作、娱乐要求。

中车株机公司董事长周清和表示,该项目具有两个方面的重大意义,一方面,今年是新中国成立70周年,中车株机公司向世界轨道交通发展贡献“中国智慧”,提供“中国方案”,推动当地绿色、融合、可持续发展,为当地民众出行提供优质服务,让世界人民享受新中国发展带来的红利;另一方面,欧盟作为全球轨道交通装备高端市场,对列车质量和可靠性有严苛的要求和准入门槛,中国动车组成功服务欧盟市场,这是中国中车迈向国际一流企业的坚实一步,标志着中国高端装备制造品牌获得了国际市场的广泛认可。
